Jess tragically passed away in February of this year and while her blog is currently (at the time of writing this post) inactive, there is a lot to be said about her positive message. Jess Ainscough was a warrior of joy, health, positive body image, following you instincts, nurturing your body, and making peace with food.
Her book is a wonderful read with great recipes and an obtainable message. Take care of yourself as best you possibly can with as much information as you have at the time.

The recipes in this book are more sophisticated and complicated than what you will find in most paleo cookbooks. Walker actual allows you to really cook, bake and go through the processes that are lacking in most paleo books which focus on meat and vegetables.
HOW TO HEAL A BRUISE, by Meg Brewster
How to Heal a Bruise includes stories from Meg’s ITP Journey, some of the latest ITP research and advice for living a life with ITP. This book is comprehensive yet easy read; from a person who actually has ITP.
