Finding a Herbalist

It is important to find a herbalist that you have a good relationship with, as you may be seeing them for quite a long time.  Traditional Chinese Medicine is a long term approach and my herbalist made it clear early on, that this sort of treatment could take up to two years.  With this in mind, remember that the first herbalist you go to, might not be the one you stick with for the long haul.  You need to both be committed to this.
